Depending on the project, we offer hourly rates or a flat rate. We count in fifteen-minute increments and round up or down when in-between them. Where applicable bills will include costs for copy, filing, supplies, fuel surcharge, and other necessary other direct costs to the project and third-party support. New clients are required to pay 50 to 75% of their first invoice up front. To be followed by net term approval.
